Do you cover the whole of Sheffield?
Yes. We cover Sheffield city centre and every S postcode, plus Rotherham and parts of Chesterfield. If you are outside that, get in touch and we will let you know.
How quickly can you start?
For weekly or 3x weekly contracts, we typically start within 5 to 10 working days of the site walk. Same-week starts are possible for one-off deep cleans.
Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Every operative is DBS checked before their first shift. We keep the paperwork in your portal, one click away, so you can share it with your building manager or auditor when asked.
Can we see who was on site and when?
Yes. Every visit is timestamped in your portal with clock-in and clock-out records. You can also see which tasks were completed and, on request, photo evidence.
What is included in the fee?
Labour, uniforms, standard cleaning materials, portal access, and public liability insurance. Consumables (soap, roll, bin liners) are optional add-ons if you would like us to manage them.
