Do you follow CQC and HTM standards?
Our routines are built with CQC inspection criteria and HTM 01-05 in mind. We do not certify sites (only the regulator does), but our records are designed so you can present them cleanly at inspection.
How do you handle clinical waste?
We segregate to your existing waste stream. Orange bag, yellow bag, sharps and offensive waste are handled per your site policy. We log every bag change and consumable used.
Can you clean around live clinical sessions?
Yes. We build the rota around your clinic hours. Most surgeries opt for early morning or after-hours cleaning so patient flow is undisturbed.
Are your cleaners trained on infection control?
All clinical operatives complete infection prevention and control training before their first shift. We also train on your specific site SOP during induction.
What appears in the compliance portal?
Every visit is timestamped. You can pull DBS records, training certificates, method statements and daily disinfection sign-offs from the portal at any time. Ideal for CQC self-assessment.
